Today, the Oxford to Cambridge Pan-Regional Partnership announces the appointment of Better Futures Consultancy to design and develop a web-based portal to present key information about the region’s economy and environment.
This will form a fundamental part of a new Oxford to Cambridge Regional Data Observatory, a service that will provide transparent, unbiased, high quality, and frequently updated economic and environmental evidence. The Observatory will be equipped with robust research and analytical capability to support regional partners in policy, business case development and project monitoring, managed through a central regional team.
Better Futures, working closely with the Partnership’s core team, will engage with Partners and the region’s stakeholders to create a portal that provides data and accessible data visualisations, that meets the needs of our Partners.
It is expected that the portal will be published by mid-April 2024.
